Burns & Wilcox, one of the country's largest specialty insurance companies, engaged True Impact Partners to redesign their enterprise websites for both US and Canada. With hundreds of experts possessing a depth of expertise, Burns & Wilcox wanted to promote their experts, solutions, and focus areas. 

Starting with the business goals and user needs, True Impact developed a site designed to drive engagement and leads. 

With a rich navigation, intuitive design, and sophisticated technical build, the site presents a global brand with a local feel. Visitors that are geo-enabled automatically see their local team, each expert’s specialty and contact information. Hundreds of personal marketing pages drive leads to their experts based on their specialties. The mega-menu allows users to quickly find their specific area of interest,which includes both national and local experts for that specialty. Overall, the site positions Burns & Wilcox as a global company, driving agents and brokers to the site and their experts to meet their present and future insurance needs.

The True Impact: Since the site launched, engagement has doubled and the bounce rate has decreased by over 35%. Over 40% of home page clicks are from the  mega-menu and meaningful engagements with visitors have increased by over 70%.
