A new mobile app allows policyholders to conduct a property inspection on their own. Providing photos and answers to a series of customized questions, a policyholder completes the inspection themselves rather than requiring an inspector to enter their property.
Rather than requiring an inspector to enter the property, a policyholder answers a series of questions and takes a series of photos. The questions and photos are specific to their policy and are submitted directly to their carrier.
All branding, questions, and photo requests are customized to the insured’s policy and include dynamic questions which differ based on the policyholder’s responses.
Each policyholder is given a unique link to their self-inspection which is activated when the user downloads the app.
